Carolyn Dugal
My name is Carolyn Dugal and this is my eighth consecutive year dancing at Noreens. I started dancing when I was 3 but left when I was 7 to pursue other sports at my grade school. However, I couldn’t find anything that gave me a sense of belonging and emotional outlet like dance does. I ultimately decided to return dancing at Noreen’s when I was 10 and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. After my first year back, I joined the competition team and the feeling of performing on stage ignited my love for dance. I am so thankful to all of my teachers, Miss Haley, Miss Noreen, Miss Colleen, Miss Heather, Miss Kayleigh, Miss Allison, and Miss Tammy for challenging me to work hard and training me to not only become the best dancer I can be, but the best teammate, friend, and role model. I am also eternally grateful to the studio for giving me the opportunity to create lifelong friendships and establishing an atmosphere where I could be myself and enjoy every moment dancing. Lastly, I would like to thank my family for being my biggest cheerleaders and always supporting me and my dance endeavors. As I leave the dance world, I hold a special place in my heart for Noreen Londregan School of Dance, and I am so grateful to have been a part of such a valued family. In the fall, I will be attending Saint Louis University to study Early Childhood Education and Psychology.

Sophia Daher
Hi, I’m Sophia Daher and I am 18 years old. I started dancing at Noreen’s when I was five years old and started competing when I was eight. I will be attending Kent state university next year in the honors program studying fashion design! Dancing and competing has been such a special part in my life for the past 13 years abs I have so many great memories and friends now because of it. I hope I get to continue to dance in my life and will forever call the studio home!

Hannah Birnbaum
My name is Hannah Birnbaum and I have been dancing at Noreen’s for the past 15 years. I remember my first dance class as I quickly fell in love with how much fun I had. As I got older, dance became something more important to me, so I decided I wanted to pursue it more seriously and join the competition team. I was immediately drawn to the competition atmosphere and spent the next 11 years competing for NLSD. I would like to thank the friends I have met through dance for the endless support they have given me and I will always cherish the lifelong memories and relationships we share. There is truly no one else I would have chosen to grow up alongside with. Secondly, I would like to thank my parents for driving me to classes and rehearsal numerous times a week, watching me perform, and continually supporting me all these years. Lastly, I would like to thank my teachers for shaping me into the person I am today, and always training us in lessons beyond just dance steps. NLSD will always have a special place in my heart and I’m so happy my parents chose to put me in such a great studio. In the fall, I will be attending The Ohio State University where I will study pharmaceutical sciences on a pre-pharmacy track.

Riley Nowak’
Hi, my name is Riley Nowak! I have been dancing at Noreen Londregan’s for fifteen years and I have been on the competition team for twelve years. My mom was a dancer at NLSD and I also dance alongside my sister so it is safe to say the studio is like a second home. Dance has provided me with countless opportunities and relationships that I would not be able to experience any where else.
I will be attending the University of South Carolina in the fall. I am planning on studying a major in the College of Arts and Sciences with a minor in dance. I am thinking about joining the dance team as well! I am going to miss dancing at NLSD but I know I will take the lessons I’ve learned and the relationships I’ve built with me as I go to college.

Isabella Maguire
Hi I am Isabella Maguire and I have been dancing at Noreen Londregan for longer than I can remember (15 years). Noreens has been the best creative outlet for me to not only develop my dance skills but master the art of friendship and teamwork. NLSD is a home for me that I will cherish forever. Next year I will be attending NYU and majoring in Media, Culture and communications. I am very excited to attend a college in such a unique and artistic place but I am sad to be leaving my second home. The teachers here have brought me so many amazing opportunities and have treated me with so much love. I am so grateful for my experience at Noreen Londregan school of Dance.
